As prime contractor, ACLC provides the Defense Media Activity (DMA) with instructional design support through the development and execution of a professional eLearning course for all service branches, civilian Department of Defense (DoD) officials, and Defense Information School instructors. ACLC performs the entire spectrum of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), converting face-to-face instruction to self-paced eLearning. We host the course on a customized version of ACLC’s proprietary Hippocampus Learning Management System (LMS). ACLC also manages and supports the course by monitoring participant activity, compiling data, and composing reports.

As prime contractor, ACLC provided the Department of Energy’s (DoE) Pacific Northwest National Laboratory with instructional design support through the development and execution of the Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence Train-the-Trainer Course. ACLC performed the entire spectrum of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE), assisting in all aspects of developing the Train-the-Trainer courses. The modular nature of the curriculum allowed stakeholders to design training engagements based on the level of student expertise, focus area of participants, time limitations, and other parameters, derived from training manager goals.

LANGUAGE SCHOOLS
As prime contractor, ACLC provided Foreign Language Instructors to the U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM). Our personnel taught survival language/cultural awareness of varying lengths for all deploying soldiers, from beginning level language instruction for specified units to refresher, maintenance, and sustainment global language instruction. ACLC instructors delivered intensive or “iso-immersion” type courses and Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)/mission specific instruction for professional military linguists at multiple regional sites, including Fort Bragg, NC, Fort Stewart, GA, Hunter AAF, GA, Fort Gordon, GA, Fort Benning, GA, Fort Polk, LA and Fort Hood, TX. The entire language program employed proficiency-based, communicative strategies to include the use of technology for second language, tutorials, unit instruction, and distance learning. Our methodologies complied with Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC).
