Small Business Status
ACLC is a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program participant through 2021. Participation in the 8(a) program means ACLC is a Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Small Business, as well as a Minority Owned Small Business (MOSB).
As an 8(a) program participant, ACLC is also a Minority Owned Small Business (MOSB). ACLC has been owned and operated as a MOSB since its founding by Mr. Bradd Chi in 2003.
ACLC is also a Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This means that ACLC has been acknowledged by both the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) to be a valid Small Business owned and operated by a Service-Disabled Veteran.
ACLC is one of Fayetteville North Carolina’s most prominent Small Businesses and is extremely proud to be headquartered in the growing and prospering downtown Fayetteville.
