HCaTS

As a prime contractor on the General Services Administration (GSA) Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) Small Business Pool 2, ACLC competes for a wide variety of work, including customized training and development services, customized human capital strategy services, and customized organizational performance improvement. ACLC’s work on HCaTS demonstrates our presence as a top-tier competitive offer or of staffing and training support solutions to numerous Federal and DoD customers.

NETC – N7

ACLC is a subcontractor on the Naval Education Training Center Naval Training Products and Services Curriculum Development and Maintenance (NETC) (N7). The services provided to NETC under this Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contract range from producing training materials to complex Instructional Multimedia Instruction (IMI) and courseware development.

MTCCS

ACLC is a subcontractor on the Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS), MAIDIQ contract, which provides services to U.S. Army installations across the Continental United States (CONUS). The services provided on MTCCS range from Training and Education (T&E) to engineering and facility management services.

INSCOM Global

ACLC is a subcontractor on the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Global Intelligence Support Service (GISS) Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity contract (IDIQ). This MAIDIQ provides INSCOM with services ranging from Intelligence Collection and Analysis Support to Information technology development and Administrative Support.

AMCOM Express

ACLC is a subcontractor onThe U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA provides AMCOM with services ranging from advisory and assistance services to technical support services.

HDSS

ACLC is a subcontractor on the GSA’s Human Development Support Services (HDSS) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) MAIDIQ. OASIS is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services such as program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services.

SWMS-B

ACLC is a subcontractor on the SOCOM Wide Mission Support Master IDIQ (SWMS-B). SWMS-B is intended as a replacement of the Global Battlestaff and Program Support (GBPS) Master IDIQ, which completed in FY-2015. The scope for the Group B vehicle includes education and training, non-Special Operations Research, Development, & Acquisition Command (SORDAC) administrative services, and general management support services.

SEWP IV

ACLC is a subcontractor on Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP). SEWP is a multi-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle focused on commercial IT products and product-based services. With over 140 pre-competed Prime Contract Holders, SEWP offers a wide range of commercial advanced technology. ACLC competes in the Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) pool of this GWAC.
